A swashbuckling romp that cleverly updates the Dumas novel follows D’Artagnan as he arrives in Paris seeking to join the king’s musketeers. In his haste, he offends three of the best musketeers—Porthos, Athos, and Aramis—and challenges each to a duel that afternoon. “The Three Musketeers” is a tale of heroism, treachery, close escapes and above all, honor.

it’s a play that I attended in West Virginia University, not a movie/film.

A Critique of the play ‘The Three Musketeers’
I attended the play ‘The Three Musketeers’ on April 14th, 2018 at the West Virginia University. The play that lasted two hours was showing between 7.30 p.m and 9.30 p.m. I arrived at the theatre twenty minutes before start time, so I could get a seat at the front row to get a clear view of the play. Despite the fact that the play is not new, it seemed like something I had never watched or read before. The play that was directed by the famous Cornel Garbara presented a unique and unexpected vision to the original book ‘The Three Musketeers’ by Alexandre Dumas with unique characters and a well-developed stage. The play revealed different scenes full of comedy, romance and even sword fighting.
