The HR department has experienced changes in the way recruits are done from the paper to web-based strategies. Employees hired online to conduct their activities differently as they understand the required efficiency when it comes to their jobs. Work flexibility from the involved parties has encouraged more web action when it comes to HR (Joos, 2008). The HRM practices in an organization are also easier to handle as interviews and vetting can be done through the internet without having to necessarily disrupt anything on the physical location.
