Introduction

The emphatical research provides some team performance relationship between individualism-collectivism and group cognition. The theoretical understanding of these factors addresses gaps in the literature review by integrating two distinct theories in social relationships and social identities. These theories generate some meta-perceptions for understanding the purpose of accuracy in the meta-perception accuracy (Triandis, 2018). The independence of task is usually moderated by group cognitive and individual collectiveness.
