Alternative One

The first alternative for this case study is developing a training workshop for the employees. There are numerous issues that face Brent’s department that can be solved with a training workshop. It is apparently clear that the biggest issue between team nine members is the generational divide between the geeks and the technophobes. The geeks are technologically savvy while the technophobes are not which brings about a conflict in the ways they choose to handle tasks.
