this is Charlene Wagoner response
My response to the interviewer would be:
It was with my six-year-old son. I was constantly having to remind him and get onto him about cleaning his room and helping out around the house. He and I felt that it was time for him to have a chore list. I sat down with him and came up with a list of chores that he is able to do and set an amount for each chore that he would receive as an allowance. I took into consideration how difficult each chore would be for him and how often I would be able to pay him the allowance. We also set up a savings jar that a portion of each allowance goes into to teach him the importance of saving. Now, he enjoys doing his chores for an allowance and I don’t have to keep on him to do them.
