Corporate Arrangement and the procurement process were the most compelling topics learnt from the course. Corporate arrangements are important because it ensured that the procurement process was successful. It involved the capability and capacity of various players in the organization that made sure the process is achieved efficiently. On the other hand, the procurement process was compelling it comprised a cycle that various stakeholders adhered to in order to produce the best (Knutsson & Thomasson 2014). Thus, through the process, the stakeholders learn of risk identification and how to manage them in case they arose.
