Explain unethical or ethically questionable experiences you have witnessed in a work or school context. Consider how the organization allowed or encouraged such behavior and what might have been done to prevent it?

Various unethical experiences have been witnessed in schools and the places of work. At work, ethics state that one should act by a specific code of conduct or by the rules and regulations of the workplace. The same goes for a school setup. The laws are often broken or disregarded, and hence they bring situations that are ethically questionable.
