Project management is the process of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing the work designated to a specific team. It is important to note that a project is temporary. These projects are also supposed to meet a goal within a specified time. These projects are usually supposed to bring out beneficial results to an organization. The following questions will help us understand how project management works in an organization and the importance of these projects (Thuillier, et al. 2008). There are different methods in regard to project management. These methods include the following;
