ATTITUDES TOWARDS SEXUAL MISCONDUCT AGAINST WOMEN

Issues of sexual misconduct against women still remain to be a major problem across the world. Women are mostly the victims of sexual misconduct mainly because of factors such as lack of power, self-confidence and being in helpless positions, contrary to the men who are more powerful. Violence against women is evident in almost all environments including workplace and also at homes. Men are believed to be more masculine than women in that they play better roles in society such as providing for the family.
