Walking and Texting
According to Tanya Mohn, the debate on texting while walking is increasingly gaining momentum in a society where people turn to their devices at every chance they get away from their usual daily activities. Notably, it would be important to implement laws that put some restrictions on texting while walking, to improve people’s concentration on the roads, in effect reducing the rates of pedestrian accidents in which texting is involved.
