Leaderless Organizing in Social Movements
Leaderless organizations may not always achieve the intended objectives in society due to variations in opinions and lack of a single source of direction on the appropriate bargaining approach for the social issues they wish to address.
Firstly, leaderless organizations would have no organization on the ways through which they get their arguments across to the policy makers (Teixeira, 2018). Every member of the organization will always have a contribution to make to the social issue in question, and the lack of an avenue for passing the said opinions for consideration of policies, it is difficult for said organization to achieve its objectives.
