It is evident that when employees are not satisfied with their current workplace, most of them opt to leave. Apparently, the high rate of employee turnover is attributed to disputes in their workplace. For instance, an employee may engage in a conflict with the employer which results to a dispute. Eventually, the employee may opt to leave the Company to look for another employer where he or she will feel appreciated. There are many causes of employee turnover. Some of them are avoidable where others are completely unavoidable.  Avoidable causes include high taxation, overworking and poor incentives in the Company.
