Do animals have rights? And their living conditions improved? That’s just about the most illogical argument I have heard. They are animals; they are meant to be eaten. Garretson in his article tries to talk about the pro’s and con’s of becoming a vegetarian, and it seems that her main argument is based on the fact that animals are inhumanely treated, and their bodies are typically pumped with hormones.
