One of the most important aspects of management of human resource capital lies in the efforts to ensure that the employees meet their responsibilities to the company. This includes efforts in the hiring process and the consequent evaluation of staff performance to determine the effectiveness of the employees in meeting their responsibilities to the company. Consequently, the readings this week made it clear that the management roles in the recruitment and evaluation process could be effective enough to guarantee ease in meeting the responsibilities designated for the workforce.
