Who critiqued you and what is your relationship to them?
Provide the Feedback Form to at least two (2) different people in your life. Feedback form was filled out by my spouse and daughter. See attached feedback forms for the answers to the survey questions.
Write a 2-page paper, using proper spelling and grammar, based on the questions below:
Who critiqued you and what is your relationship to them? Spouse and Daughter
What did you perceive during your feedback session with them? I perceived during my feedback session of how my change of lifecycle with eating healthier and doing more exercise has influenced my daughter and spouse.
What answers surprised you? I was surprised by my spouse answer to Question 3 about I wish you would talk less about their family and childhood friends growing up. I only talk about them because my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law recently retired then relocated to Florida to live with us for 10 months.
What answers didn’t surprise you? My Daughters answer appreciating me for everything I do for her with cooking, cleaning and being her personal secretary with calling the VA and Doctors office on scheduling future Dr appointments and calling the VA to get her education money set up.
Did this have any influence, positive or constructive, on your perception of yourself? This was a very positive influence and provided me the perception of how appreciated I am with everything I do for my family.
