During the course, we learned that managing information is an essential skill for the short-and-long-term success of business entities. Managers should understand essential information about their companies to develop effective competitive strategies. Additionally, having sufficient knowledge on the dynamics of organizations enables managers to obtain and budget their resources effectively.
