QSEN Journal Entries (Nursing Externship Course)
Students must write 3 journal entries. QSEN will be used as the basis for the entries. (Reminder, the journal is on 2 QSEN topics per journal)
It’s a reflection journal, no references are needed. Please follow the attached files. Do not give me another student’s work because I submit this work on Turnitin. It should be zero plagiarism because it’s a reflection journal paper.
My clinical site is Inova Alexandria Hospital on Unit 23 (Medical- Surgical Unit).
1. The first 2 QSEN topics should focus on safety and Informatics (2 pages)
2. Second 2 QSEN topics should focus on Quality Improvement and Evidence-Based Practice (2 pages)
3. Last 2 QSEN topics should focus on Patient-Centered Care and Teamwork and Collaboration (2 pages)
Each of these journal entries should be 2 pages long ( total of 6 pages) in MLA format separately. These QSEN topics should reflect on my clinical experiences at Inova Alexandria Hospital. NO REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.
