Organizational development is considered as an ever-expanding field. Hence the field requires professionals to be flexible in how they respond to different situations. Values and ethics have played an important role in this field and both values and ethics are meant to build trust and collaboration. As an OD some of the ethics that govern me include.
Accountability to self- this means that I have to strive for knowledge and personal growth, and this can only happen if one acts with integrity and authenticity.
Being responsible- an OD professional I ensure that I am responsible for my own choices and acts. This means that I need to be responsible for my actions within the workplace to avoid any possible consequences
