If you have already decided that you want to be social psychologist, you will address the following

Describe your interest in social psychology.
Identify how the history of social psychology and a social psychology theory will inform your interest in social psychology. Support your answer by using information from the textbook or another resource.
Your response should be at least two pages in length. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.

Social psychology is a branch that deals with the social interactions among people in a community (Triandis, 1971). The interactions mentioned in this case include the origins of these social interactions and the impacts that they may have on an individual. They can be influenced by imagined, actual or implied presence of others. The influence is usually applied to a person’s thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
