Identified Business Problems
Several business problems can be identified in this case. First is the lack of a modern computer system for computing cash transactions including receipt of funds and billing. The system used by the association is an old one, developed back in 1984. In addition, the system ceased from existing and there is no one known to the bookkeepers or the association for its maintenance and update. This factor makes it difficult to record and recover information and members’ details.
