Research the theory and write a 5-8 page paper explaining the theory, giving examples/applications of the theory, and implications that this theory has in everyday life. It is expected that you will utilize at least five sources in addition to your course textbook. You must include a references page. MLA or APA format is permitted.  The systems theory of conflict management attempts to model organizational conflict from the perspective of a system. In this case, the focus of conflict within an organization is examined beyond an individual level of behavior and preferences but rather goes ahead to look into the interaction and patterns arising from that interaction of different individuals within an organization.
