It is becoming imperative that countries through their various intelligence agencies to conduct cyber intelligence activities so that terror attacks can be stopped before they have taken place. According to the author, the concept is relatively new and one that will continue growing in the future. In my opinion, cyber intelligence is a core activity of various cyber operations.
