Thank you for your post. However, in as much as risk could be relative to different individuals on the basis of their involvement in the consequences, the individual perceptions of risk could also influence the development of solutions to such issues. In particular, while some people are considered to be risk averse, others are risk seeking, which in turn influences the amounts and potential of risk identified by the different parties.
