RETIREMENT AS SOCIAL PROBLEM
As most individuals age and wish to shift from their working conditions, it’s important that they manage their social life and here our main topic of discussion is involved. Retirement to most people is the time situation whereby an individual is relieved of their duties (Beshears, 2015). These might be a position that one occupies in an organization or the roles that he plays in a particular setting. Through being able to settle down and no longer get involved in their initial doings an individual is said to have retired.
Secondly, the world is quickly changing, and there is diversity in the processes involved in changing for retirement. The retirement has changed such that individuals are working tirelessly till more extended age periods to gain a more substantial retirement benefit due to their excellent skills and experience.
