Introduction
The most important component of any successful business is the oversight. To ensure that the organization has a productive and thriving workforce, the human resource management comes in. the most basic function that encompasses all the other roles of the human resource management is the organization of staff with a view to enhancing productivity and performance on the job. To ensure that this role is articulated as it should, the HRM professional take a new position, that of viewing employees as assets as opposed to liabilities to the organization (Bratton & Gold, 2017).
