Evaluating a health system or program is essential to driving continuous improvement. How an evaluation is structured and executed, however, is dependent on several factors, including organization/program size, population served, leadership structure, and more.

As a public health professional, you have been tasked with evaluating the following:

1. A national-scale campaign promoting access to free mental health resources
2. A community-based clinic offering free mental health resources

For your discussion:

• Explain similarities and differences in how you would evaluate these programs.
• Discuss the stakeholders you would partner with in the evaluation process, and how you would work together to conduct an evaluation.
