Motivation

Heightened morale and motivation have been observed to critical aspects that determine the desire and self-will of employees to be productive at a given endeavor or workplace. Motivation refers to an enchanted spirit by individuals to realize the various goals, duties, and responsibilities that are expected from them by the management or supervisors. When employees are highly motivated, productivity increases and this increases the likelihood of various institutional goals and objectives to be achieved. As an employee, there are several strategies that can be developed or implemented by the employer that could increase the level of my motivation. These strategies are often expensive and time-consuming; however, the employer would reap the benefits through increased productivity and performance at the workplace.
