Part 1: Healthcare Law
The most important policy in the provision of healthcare has to do with health information. Both the health providers and the patient’s objectives are usually fulfilled through a proper communication process between the two entities. Agnvall, (2015) for instance observes from top doctors that transparency is a hallmark factor in enhancing the quality of care offered. The rationale is that there is usually a lot of information that may help the consumer in their deciding the type of care they would require. Questions such as the effects of the type of care on their working pattern or the vulnerabilities associated with certain procedures such that preventative measures are taken to reduce expenditures.
