Campaigning for Woodrow Wilson in the 1912 Presidential Elections

            As a female member of the Progressive Party, I believe that the government should work on improving the wellbeing of average citizens. For this reason, the United States administration had the responsibility of implementing social, economic, and political reforms that protected the interests of all citizens. Thus, it is imperative Americans elect the ideal president in the 1912 presidential elections. The main issues that affect the U.S. citizens, include women suffrage, revisions in the baking and health insurance sector, and the need to improve workers’ wellbeing, especially their compensation packages. There are four candidates vying for the nation’s leadership, namely William Howard Taft, Woodrow Wilson, Eugene V. Debs, and Theodore Roosevelt, who have different approaches towards the three issues.
