SIG is a leader in the distribution of specialist building products in European countries mainly the UK where it is based, Germany, France, and Poland. The group is the leading supplier of the European insulation products market both domestic and industrial (Sigplc.com, n.d.). In the UK and Ireland, it is the leader in supplying specialist roofing products. Across Europe, it is a lead supplier of all interior fittings of buildings. Combined, the UK, Germany, and France contribute 84% of the company’s revenues.
