Social Justice Reflection
I really enjoyed attending the lecture by Professor Woodrow W. Winchester which discussed some issues in the engineering profession. It primarily focused on issues associated with diversity within engineering teams, its effects, and what society could do to overcome challenges associated with diversity. It is true that the lecture focused on engineering profession, but I think it is relevant to any other industry because social justice issues are important to consider in every industry.
