Introduction

Death penalty, or as it is also referred to capital punishment has been defined by scholars as a type of punishment that is inhuman and constitute cruelty. I also agree that death penalty is basically an act that is wrongly justified by the some of its supporters as well as the constitution to deny offenders of their human rights. There is little difference between a cold blood killing and a capital punishment and therefore in my opinion, it is unjustifiable.
