Describe an approach you would take toward evaluating the programs, policies, and procedures in a particular setting. Develop a preliminary outline or strategy for how you would evaluate a program or organization’s policies and procedures. Include possible timelines, the various people or departments involved, etc. What challenges do you expect in collecting the necessary materials and information from the stakeholders? How would you deliver the feedback and recommended changes? What challenges should you be prepared for when making recommendations for change? 150 words
