Case Management
Case management plays a very role in healthcare. It establishes a collaborative objective to promote the health and wellness of an individual. The whole process of case management involves ascertaining the health state of the patient, making a plan for the provision of care to the patient, and also considering their financial status to come up the most economical method for care. Case management also allows the case manager to determine all the available options for treatment and explaining them to the patient in a way that they will understand.
