Sudden enlightment
Pretend you have never been told anything about poems or poets. In place of the pretense, try to recall a very early experience you had of reading or hearing language that interested or excited or confused or enlightened you. Maybe it was something you overheard, or something someone else read, or a comic-book, or a sign on a billboard. Now write about that experience, trying to describe what about the text got to you and why.
Requirements:
Critical thinking; personal experience

Everyone has some time in their lives when they meet with relief. They get relieved of a burden at heart or in their minds that has always waited that moment when it can be set free from its reigns. It can be a problem that one has labored long to find a solution to or a disturbance which calms down after a realization, and especially an unplanned one. This solution comes mostly when one connects acquired knowledge to the queries they have always had. The answers to the many queries seem to satisfy the long borne urge for an answer. It refreshes the person with new insights by taking them to depths that were previously unknown to them.
