Introduction
Patient services are secure services that enable the patient to receive comprehensive healthcare from outstanding physicians and other medical staff to ease the patient’s journey of recovery with expertise and compassion. These services are grouped into In-Patient services and Out-Patient services. The in-Patient services such patient care unit; dialysis unit, surgery, operation theatre, eye clinic and the ENT (Ear, Nose Throat) clinic are generally equipped with the ENERGY STAR which is a form of energy efficiency.
