The Bible and Gambling

The stand of the Bible in regards to gambling suggests that it is unwise and foolish. The main assertion is based on the fact that gambling often leads to the love of money and this is a path that God does not wants us to take since it can lead to addiction. Gambling tends to take over our hearts and minds and in such moments, an individual may be susceptible to commit sin. It also leads us to a route of never wanting to be satisfied with what we have and always creates a desire of earning more.
