Labor relations can be defined as a system whereby the workers, employers, trade unions and to set employers’ organizations directly or indirectly interact to set rules and policies that govern employment relationships (Liebman, 2007). The labor relations have greatly advanced with the empowerment of workers through trade unions and government initiatives. Thus, labor relations reflect the interaction between the main actors in labor: the government, trade unions, employers organizations, employees and employers.
