Teen Pregnancies
Like any other social issues within society, an array of risk factors increases the chances of teen pregnancies. Firstly, exposure to drug and alcohol use has been one of the primary factors that increase an individual’s susceptibility to teenage pregnancies. Secondly, poor sex education and lack of future goals could lead one to engage in potentially dangerous sexual behavior at an early age. Ultimately, the chances of pregnancy increase for such an individual, in turn exposing the young adult to teenage pregnancy.
