Personal values are things that we consider and accept to be important in our lives. They usually guide us in our daily activities that we do. That is, they guide us to execute operations in a way that we consider to be right. Personal values can be inheritable or learned. Some of the personal values include fairness accountability, productivity, bravery, courage, accuracy among others (Hemingway, & Maclagan, 2004).
