Cross cultural competency is the ability for one to have knowledge, awareness, and skills that enhance meaningful and interaction and communication with people from different cultural backgrounds. For two and a half months, we have been learning different aspects of cross cultural competency; and I must admit that this course has been meaningful and impactful.
