Interview Dialogue Analysis
The interview conducted by Pat on Ms. Abley, Ms. Spice, Mr. Abdul Ahmad, and Mr. Tumeric reveals that T&S is facing various leadership challenges, which must be addressed to make the firm world leaders. One of the issues that comes out from the interview is lack of leadership and diversity training of the front line leaders. The viewpoint is supported by Ms. Abley’s claim that none of the T&S front-line leaders in the Middle East, Far East, Meso-America, and African divisions have ever attended the company’s diversity or leadership training because it is very expensive to bring them to the United States and also provide them with the translation services they need.
