In our current day and age a lot of training has been directed more towards computer based learning programs. A lot of companies will ensure their compliance training is completed via online training courses versus instructor led training. This is more of being able to easily track, and it is more cost efficient. With that comes a lot of downfalls which not everyone learns best by watching videos or staring at a computer all day. Most cases you may find the information isn’t really retained. Companies are now catching on to this and are taking new approaches to ensuring their team members are not only receiving the training they need but, also are retaining the information by blending training methods. They use computer based training, hands on training, along with pairing their team members up with mentors. By blending the different methods is allows associates to be able to learn in a manner that is easy for them but, also exposes them to be able to perhaps develop other learning methods as well.
