Tips
1. When writing this paper, roughly half a page should discuss what the proposition does, half a page should discuss the pros and cons of the proposition, half page should discuss why you agree with the law, and half a page should discuss why the opposition’s arguments are flawed.
2. While the source provided may be the only source you need to use, I encourage you to explore other sources on the internet to find evidence for or against your chosen proposition. Consider this good practice for when you write your research paper.
3. For any information you use, I expect you to site your source and to provide a bibliography of where you obtained this information. Consider this good practice for when you write your research paper.

The California Proposition 60 failed to be passed back in 2016. The proposition would have meant that the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration would have the power to prosecute pornographic film producers for their failure to use condoms during the filming or posting a condom requirement in the film. Additionally, Proposition 60 would have also given a California resident the power to sue the pornographic film producers for obtaining his or her personal information (Sharif, 210-224).
