Frictional unemployment

Frictional unemployment is the unemployment that results from people moving from one business to another. It occurs when workers are looking for jobs in a healthy economy. In the growing economy friction, unemployment is very low and there is a demand for high employment. It causes slow economic growth due to a high demand for employment. It is caused by workers holding much to their job unless they find a new job. Some workers may leave jobs as they move to their spouse, others may leave jobs to go take care of their relatives while others may keep quitting their unfulfilling jobs.
