A time when I felt helpless when trying to resolve a need was when I was looking for alternative accommodation outside college. At the time, I was in a new city and was not conversant with the various accommodation services that were available. I overcame the situation through doing a search online of various accommodation services that were being offered in the neighborhood. In the search, I found affordable accommodation and was able to resolve the pressing need.
