Unit IV Article Critique (HRM)
Human Resource Management
According Stewart & Brown (2011), students who partake human management related courses and other courses that need a management perspective and approach, it is of great importance to have a broadened understanding of the traditional human resource and the concepts it uses and bases its arguments on. Besides, the managerial students should also have a broad and clear understanding of an applicable human resource framework that aids the managers to make decisions on which practice is beneficial to an organization and the format which the framework will work effectively (Bondarouk, Ruël & Looise, 2011). Therefore, the author’s point of view bases its argument on the fact that a manager should consider the diversity of his employees.
