Employee Empowerment
Employee empowerment is the process by which the employer give his or her employees the responsibility and the ability of self-rule to manage their own job setting their own objectives and making decisions about their designated tasks, priorities and deadlines in achieving the company’s goals. Employee empowerment helps in keeping employees, attracting new and quality employees. Empowering employees is of importance in the current business environment where competition has become the norm, therefore having a set of skilled employees in your company gives you an upper hand in the competitive market.
