Laws of Evidence
In the Laws of Evidence, one of the types of evidence that is discussed is known as demonstrative evidence. Demonstrative evidence is evidence that is in the form of an object or a representation of the object (Buckles, 2015). It is very different from real evidence or testimonies and other types of evidence that may be presented to a court and used in the trial. Demonstrative evidence is often referred to as specific demonstrative evidence due to its specificity. There are different types of specific demonstrative evidence.
