Pretend that you are a victim of a terrible trauma, such as a motor vehicle accident in which someone died, or war combat, or being assaulted (choose one). Imagine what you would go through in the next few days and weeks. What would that be like for you? Describe some of your feelings, thoughts and sensations. How do you manage these so that you can move forward?

Most recently, my neighborhood woke up to news that a 22-year-old man, who had recently moved to the area had committed suicide.
